This Regional Law regulates relations concerning the modalities of application of land public servitudes irrespectively of appurtenance of land plot to a specific land category.

This Regional Law determines composition, elaboration and modification of the regional land-use planning scheme. Land-use planning project shall include regulations on territorial planning and mapping of objects projected for location, description and characteristics of land areas and names of urban, municipal districts and inhabited areas. Monitoring of land-use planning schemes shall include state of environment and environmental protection arrangements.

This Law contains provisions on: contents of land books; cadastral survey; cadastral territorial units and their specific zoning; land sorting capability (including agricultural land evaluation); maintenance survey; process for the establishment, management and maintenance of national land register; and various other rules governing the rights and obligations of land tenure/land concession holders on the territory of the Brcko District (autonomous self-government part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of preparation of draft land-use planning scheme related to the whole regional territory by the authorized state institution in the sphere of territorial planning.

This Regional Law regulates the relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage.

This Regional Law establishes that public land servitude shall be applicable in case when regional state interests, interests of local government or local population cannot otherwise be ensured without the application thereof.

The present Regulations are made under the Canada-Newfoundland Atlantic Accord Implementation Act. In particular, section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulations establish that for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition “offshore area” in section 2 of the afore-mentioned Act, the prescribed line of the offshore area of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador that is adjacent to the offshore area of the province of Nova Scotia is the line described in the Schedule. At the request of the Government of Rwanda, the Republic of Austria and the Swiss Confederation shall give Rwanda technical assistance in the form of experts and materials for their Geological Survey Service. The text consists of 4 articles and 2 Annexes laying down framework guidelines of the Geological Service.

Considering that a close cooperation between Austria and Czechoslovakia would be of great advantage for both countries and particular in cases where deposits of mineral raw materials occur, the Contracting Parties shall give each other mutual assistance in the field of geology. Article 1 establishes that geological cooperation comprises above all exchange of geological documents and their assessment as well as the cooperation in geological research in border areas. The text consists of 11 articles.

This Order shall be applicable to contractors performing topographic, geodetic and cartographic work for the purpose of designing topographic, geodetic and cartographic products and data collection. The aforesaid contractors shall be equipped with geodetic satellite devices, digital video cameras and aerial photographic devices, and high definition scanners. Topographic, geodetic and cartographic work shall be performed in strict compliance with the acting legislation.

This Law regulates the issues originating in the process of performance of metrological activity. It shall be applicable to regulated activities with a view of ensuring uniformity of measurement. This Law shall be applicable to the following fields: (a) protection of human life and health; (b) food quality control and food safety; (c) supervision over the state of environment; and (d) topographic, cartographic, hydrometeorological and land survey practices.
