This Ministerial Decree validates the Instruction on secrecy of topographic, geodetic, cartographic, gravimetric, aerophotographic and outer space data and information with the consideration of introduction into cartographic and geodetic production of geoinformation, digital and satellite technologies. It establishes the modalities of determination of the degree and level of secrecy of the lists of natural coordinates in relation to publication of maps of internal territory.

The purpose of the present Agreement is to: a) exchange GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence Information) Information for the use of both Parties for defence purposes; b) establish and implement cooperative production programmes, other cooperative efforts and co-production programmes; c) establish and implement mutual technical assistance. This Ministerial Decree establishes that state land survey institution Kyrgyzgiprozem shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of land survey operations, mapping, cadastre on the whole national territory and shall regulate its relations with natural and legal persons by contracts.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of mapping of the infrastructure pertaining to the Russian Federation in Antarctica and installation of information signs by the authorized state operator.

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to land plots of pertaining to condominiums (common property of the members of condominiums). Land plot shall be established and legalized as property for each separate condominium. This Ministerial Decree contains calculation formula for land area based on the number of apartments in a given condominium.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to insert particularly precious agricultural land into the list of land areas that cannot be used for other purposes.

These Regulations list in the Schedule the prescribed bodies for the purposes of section 15(2) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. These bodies shall be exempted from payment of a fee for access to the digital cadastral database (DCDB).

The above-mentioned Act establishes that the boundary between British Columbia and Alberta consists of the conventional boundary line and the sinuous boundary line as those lines existed on September 25, 1989, and as they are altered from time to time under section 43 of the Constitution Act, 1982. However, a Boundary Commission may be appointed to review the existing boundaries. Part 2 deals with boundaries between British Columbia, Yukon and Northwest Territories. The text consists of 10 sections divided into 2 Parts.

This Notice amends the Non-Cadastral in the Schedule. The Schedule sets out fees and charges for consultation of data on, of among other things, National Parks and Game Management Areas, fisheries, livestock and cattle diseases.
