Vandana Jena is Ex- Secretary of the Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Developmen.t She was responsible for the implementing the Integrated Watershed Management Programme as well as the National Land Records Modernization Programme. During her tenure, her department also administerd the RFCTLARR Act 2013 as well as the Registration Act 1908.
