Dr. Chamundeeswari Kuppuswamy is Senior Lecturer at the School of Law, and University Research Theme Champion for Global Economy at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, University of Hertfordshire. Research interests include the law of global commons, commons, Research based teaching and output aimed at building knowlegde in the area, as well as feeding into policy making, particularly at the international level via reports to international organisations.
She would like to do develop further policy related output and work on creative methods of forging results (for example using the arts to engage and to explore ethical issues in bioscience, with an aim to inform policy and law)
Her specialties: Teaching and Research - English Property Law, Intellectual Property Law (UK, International, particularly relating to biosciences), Public International Law (traditional and emerging areas such as bioscience governance and arms control law)
