This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Cao Bang province.The plan, in particular, shall: raise the forest coverage; solve the issues of environmental sanitation in urban centres, border gates, industrial parks and ore mining areas; assure food hygiene and safety; etc.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Khanh Hoa province.The plan, among other things, shall: prevent environmental pollution; preserve the marine and coastal environment; ensure hygienic water sources; conserve and rationally use natural resources; protect biodiversity; etc.

This Decision approves the scheme on the socio-economic development of the Lai Chau Province.The plan, among other things, shall: bring into full play the province’s advantages in its border locations, minerals, hydropower, land and climate for economic development; concentrate on hunger eradication; protect and develop forest resources.

The present Regulation implements the Farm Lands Ownership Act. Section 2 establishes that where an application is made to the Board for an exemption from any provision of the Farm Lands Ownership Act, the Board may give favourable consideration to applicants or to acquisitions of land that meet the guidelines listed in this section. This Law sets forth legal grounds for setting up, functioning, reorganization and liquidation of peasant farms, regulates the rights and the duties thereof, and also the interrelations with other legal and natural persons.

Land is the public property and it shall not be liable to sale, exchange, donation, mortgage except for cases envisaged by the national legislation. Legal persons can manage land parcels on condition of land usufruct, permanent use, temporary use, and lease, while natural persons can manage land parcels on condition of lifelong hereditary land tenure, temporary land tenure and lease. Sublease of the plots of land conceded on lease shall be prohibited.

This Ministerial Decree regulates keeping of the Register of peasant farms and the modalities of registration thereof. The Register shall be public and it shall contain data related to the establishment re-organization. The scope of the Register shall be to collect and store data and information related to the functioning of peasant farms. The Register shall be kept in the official language but its contents can be translated in other languages. Data regarding land area must be recorded up to a hundredth of hectare.

The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to provide uniform procedures regulating the disposition of government land in the Astumbo Subdivision as defined in Article 4, Chapter 5, 12 GCA.The Regulations specify eligibility requirements for applications for the purchase of a subdivision lot and establish preferences to be given in the selection of purchasers.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the conversion of lease into property in agricultural enterprises. Article 1 establishes the necessary conditions for such a conversion and in particular that the lease will have lasted for not less than six years. The text consists of 4 articles.

The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. In particular, it implements article 5 according to which member states have to 1) establish a code of good agricultural practice, to be implemented by farmers on a voluntary basis; b) set up where necessary a programme, including the provision of training and information for farmers, promoting the application of the code of good agricultural practice.

This Law establishes legal, organizational and socio-economic grounds for the institution, functioning and re-organization of peasant farms. It shall not be applicable to subsidiary small-holding, collective gardening or horticulture. Peasant farm shall be considered individual enterprise based upon private ownership of agricultural land and individual work of household members for primary processing and trade of agricultural commodities.

La presente Resolución tiene por objeto la regularización de la tenencia de la tierra en la zona de amortiguamiento de la Reserva del Hombre y la Biosfera del Río Plátano, estableciendo que los ocupantes de predios ubicados en la zona mencionada podrán verse otorgar contratos de usufructo familiar, siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos previstos.
