La présente loi crée un Comité Local de Développement pour chaque District (ensemble plusieurs Communes). Ensuite, elle octroi à chaque district un Fonds Local de Développement au profit des Collectivités Territoriales Décentralisées de base.Le programme de développement local est conjointement élaboré par le Député, le Chef district, les Maires, le Président des conseillers municipaux, et de représentants du Service Territoriaux Déconcentrés suivant les normes exigées par l’urbanisme et le plan d’aménagement du territoire.

The purpose of these Regulations is to rationalize the use of land in cities and towns, regulate the income differential on land, and improve efficient use of land in use and to strengthen land management.Units and individuals which use land within the boundaries of cities, county towns, towns/bases operated under an organizational system and industrial and mining districts shall be the obligatory payers of tax on land used within cities and towns and shall pay land use tax in accordance with provisions of these Regulations.

La présente loi fixe les règles de mise en conformité des constructions et de leur achèvement. Il est ainsi stipulé, dans l’article 23 de la loi, que les propriétaires des constructions non achevées et les maîtres d’ouvrage ou tout intervenant habilité, sont tenus d’achever leurs constructions dans les conditions et les délais fixés par la loi.

This Decree establishes the modalities of compensation of damages to natural and legal persons for expropriation of land plots for state and public needs. Expropriation of land plots shall be performed by local government in case of consent by land owner or by coordination with land tenant or lease holder. In case of lack of the aforesaid consent expropriation can be appealed in court. Decision on land expropriation shall be made in conformity with general land-use planning scheme and in accordance with detailed residential housing construction plan.

This Proclamation aims at improving management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes in the Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples' Regional State. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists engaged in agriculture and the equal rights of women with respect to land and provides for the protection of such rights.

Le présent décret porte création de l'inspection régionale de l'urbanisme et de la construction, chargée de mener dans les willayas relevant de sa compétance territoriale l'application de la légisalation et de la réglementaion en matière d'urbanisme et de construction et de protection du cadre bâti.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.

These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed in connection with the examination of an application for development consent by a Panel, or a single Commissioner, or the Secretary of State following a direction under section 112(1) of the Planning Act, 2008 and concerns also compulsory acquisition of land.
