The Mid-Term Development Strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PRSP) is a strategic instrument with a multi-sectoral approach, relating to the period 2004-2007, whose main goals are (i) to create conditions for sustainable and balanced economic development, (ii) to reduce poverty, and (iii) to accelerate the integration of the country into the European Union. The strategy lays down macroeconomic and fiscal measures, and promotes the private sector growth to attain the objectives above-mentioned.

The purpose of these Regulations is to protect and improve agricultural environment, prevent and control agricultural environmental pollution and ecological destruction, rationally develop and utilize agricultural natural resources. The Regulations consist of 37 Articles divided into 5 chapters: General provisions; Supervision and administration; Measures for protection, prevention and control; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.

This Act provides rules for the prospecting for and mining of minerals specified in the First Schedule to this Act. Save to the extent provided for in this Act, it shall not apply to matters relating to petroleum and hydrocarbon gases. The Cabinet Secretary responsible for mining, the Principal Secretary of the responsible ministry and any person shall be guided by the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution and in particular Articles 10, 66 (2), 201 (c) and (d), and 232 of the Constitution and the principles of leadership and integrity.

With a view to protect and improve the agricultural environment, to prevent pollution and protect ecosystem, the Regulations are formulated. The agricultural environment is defined as including land, water for agricultural purposes, air and other factors which have an impact on the survival and development of agricultural resources.The purpose of these Regulations is to protect and improve agricultural environment, prevent and control agricultural environmental pollution and ecological destruction, rationally develop and utilize agricultural natural resources.

This Act makes provision with respect to planning management and administration and the system and procedures for planning.

The Parties shall cooperate in the following areas related to environmental protection: land protection and land tenure, protection of soil, subsoil, forests, water, air, ozone layer and climate, wild flora and wild fauna.

The Strategy's vision by 2030 aims at soils being managed sustainably and degradation threats tackled successfully. This will improve the quality of England’s soils and safeguard their ability to provide essential services for future generations.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto tipificar como delitos contra el medio ambiente y los recursos naturales, las acciones u omisiones que violen o alteren las disposiciones relativas a la conservación, protección, manejo, defensa y mejoramiento del ambiente y los recursos naturales, así como, el establecimiento de la responsabilidad civil por daños y perjuicios ocasionados por las personas naturales o jurídicas que resulten con responsabilidad comprobada.

This Act aims to implement obligations that Australia has under the Climate Change Convention and the Kyoto Protocol, create incentives for people to carry on certain offsets projects and to increase carbon abatement in a manner that is consistent with the protection of Australia’s environment and that improves resilience to the effects of climate change.The Act sets up a scheme for the issue of Australian carbon credit units in relation to eligible offsets projects.
