The Regulations consist of 37 Articles divided into 5 chapters: General provisions; Supervision and administration; Measures for protection, prevention and control; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions.

This Act provides rules for the prospecting for and mining of minerals specified in the First Schedule to this Act.
