L’objectif global du Programme National d’Investissements pour l’Environnement et les Ressources Naturelles au Togo (PNIERN) est de gérer durablement l’environnement et les ressources naturelles en vue de contribuer à l’amélioration de la sécurité alimentaire et à la croissance économique du pays et à la réduction de la pauvreté.

Le Plan national concernant la protection de la nature est un document à portée nationale qui vise l’atteinte de deux objectifs stratégiques: a) enrayer la perte de la biodiversité, en particulier par le maintien et le rétablissement d’un état de conservation favorable des espèces et des habitats menacés, d’intérêt national ou communautaire; b) préserver et rétablir les services et processus écosystémiques à l’échelle paysagère et nationale.

The Agriculture Strategic Development Plan is a national policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The Timeframe of this Plan is 3 years between 2010 and 2012.

Regional state nature reserve “Dolgaya polyana” (Long clearing) shall be classified as complex, constituted with a view of conservation of natural ecosystems and objects of historical and cultural heritage of regional significance. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) land reclamation and irrigation; (b) soil disturbance; (c) all types of hunting; (d) gathering of zoological, botanical and mineral collections; (e) application of toxic chemicals, mineral fertilizers and pesticides; and (f) burning of vegetation.

The EAD Strategic Plan is a nation-wide document aiming at preserving and protecting the environment, promoting the health and well-being of local communities, while stimulating and mapping sustainable economic growth for the next five years. It defines a long-term Vision - A Sustainable Environment for a Sustainable Future - and Mission - To protect and conserve the environment for people’s well-being and a better life for all-, 5-year priorities, objectives, as well as the strategic initiatives.

This Regional Decree establishes that state nature reserve “Chulpan” shall be classified as cultivated land (landscape) protected area constituted for the purpose of conservation of cultivated land and land reclamation area as a reference model erosion-resistant ecologically balanced agriculture in water erosion zone.

This Law is composed of 7 Parts divided into 68 articles. Part I deals with fundamental principles and general provisions. Part II provides for regulating the environment protection especially the following matters: environmental planning; Environment National Council; financing environment protection through the establishment of a national environmental fund; and the mechanism of environmental pollution control. Part III refers to the Environment Information System and the participation in environment management and protection. Part IV relates to the Environmental Impact Assessment.

These provisions lay down some amendments to the Industrial Emissions (Framework) Regulations as regards the measures to be adopted by the competent authority to limit the environmental consequences in case of incident or accident affecting the environment.

The Act, consisting of 42 sections divided into and completed by one Schedule, provides for the protection, conservation, rehabilitation and improvement of the environment, including the prevention and control of pollution, and promotion of sustainable development. It extends to the whole Province of Balochistan except Tribal Areas. The Act establishes the following obligations: Prohibition of import of hazardous and electronic Wastes; Solid and Waste Management License; Water Resources Management; Motor vehicles; Alien Species and Living Modified Organisms.

This Act amends several provisions established for managing Crown land within the territory of New South Wales. Amendments consists in repealing Schedule 1; amending Schedule 2 on legislation referring to reserve trusts (such as: Betting and Racing Act 1998 (No. 114) and Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013 (No. 105); Schedule 3 on legislation relating to Crown roads; and Schedule 4 on other related legislation.

This Act, consisting of 136 sections divided into thirteen Parts and completed by eight Schedules, establishes the requirements to manage Crown land within the territory of New South Wales.
