The National Environment Strategy and Action Plan (NESAP) 2016-2023 is developed in accordance with the the Constitution and 1996 Law on Environmental Protection and Natural Resource Management. It is aligned to Rectangular Strategy Phase III (RSIII), that reaffirms the RGC’s mission and commitment to sustainable development and poverty reduction responding to the people’s will and changing contexts of national and international developments.

These Regulations give effect in Irish law to Directive No. 2014/89/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning by establishing the necessary legal basis for the Minister to implement maritime spatial planning. The Regulations designate the Minister as the competent authority for the purposes of the Directive and provide the broad framework within which the Minister will implement maritime spatial planning.

These Regulations give effect to Ireland's 4th Nitrates Action Programme, and provide statutory support for good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources and include measures such as periods when land application of fertilisers is prohibited, limits on the land application of fertilisers, storage requirements for livestock manure, and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures in terms of agricultural practice and impact on water quality.

These Regulations amend the Scottish Landfill Tax (Administration) Regulations 2015 to expand the definitions of “bankrupt” and “incapacitated” for the purposes of regulation 8 of the 2015 Regulations (bankruptcy or incapacity of registrable persons). Other amendments made to the 2015 Regulations are of a minor, technical nature.

The Environmental Policy Strategy is a national cross-sectoral strategy of Latvia for the period 2009-2015. Its main objective is to provide the public with the opportunity to live in a clean and well-arranged environment through sustainable development, preservation of environmental quality and biological diversity, sustainable use of natural resources, as well as participation of the public in the decision-making and its awareness of the environmental situation.

The Premier validates Environmental Monitoring Program for the period of 2016-2020 containing arrangements for monitoring of effluent waste water, control of water quality standards, pollution control, monitoring of sources of soil pollution and monitoring of air pollution.

Le présent décret réglemente les exploitations de carrières (tout site d’extraction de substances minérales non métallique est non énergétique que l'exploitation ait lieu à ciel ouvert ou par galeries souterraines quel que soit le milieu physiographique (montagne, plaine, lit de cours d’eau, paysage) sur toute l'étendue du territoire national. Les carrières font partie du domaine public de l’Etat. Toutefois, elles sont laissées à la disposition du propriétaire du sol sous réserve des dispositions restrictives du présent décret.

Le présent arrêté fixe la gestion et l’utilisation des terres en Zone Économique Spéciale (SEZ), définies comme Zone géographique délimitée, sécurisée physiquement, administrée par un seul organe et offrant des conditions favorables à l’investissement portant notamment sur la mise en place d’une réglementation économique plus libérale et plus simplifiée permettant aux entreprises de s’y établir et d’y opérer.
