This Act, consisting of 104 sections divided into six Parts, establishes the Victorian Planning Authority. The primary object of the Authority is to provide advice and assistance that is in accordance with the objectives of planning in Victoria.

Its main objective is to guide land use planning by setting priorities and outlining legislative and institutional settings to enable land use planning that encourages the best current use of Vanuatu’s land resources.The Policy aims to support food security.

The National Environment Strategy and Action Plan (NESAP) 2016-2023 is developed in accordance with the the Constitution and 1996 Law on Environmental Protection and Natural Resource Management. It is aligned to Rectangular Strategy Phase III (RSIII), that reaffirms the RGC’s mission and commitment to sustainable development and poverty reduction responding to the people’s will and changing contexts of national and international developments.

These Regulations give effect in Irish law to Directive No. 2014/89/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning by establishing the necessary legal basis for the Minister to implement maritime spatial planning. The Regulations designate the Minister as the competent authority for the purposes of the Directive and provide the broad framework within which the Minister will implement maritime spatial planning.

These Regulations give effect to Ireland's 4th Nitrates Action Programme, and provide statutory support for good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources and include measures such as periods when land application of fertilisers is prohibited, limits on the land application of fertilisers, storage requirements for livestock manure, and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures in terms of agricultural practice and impact on water quality.

These Regulations amend the Scottish Landfill Tax (Administration) Regulations 2015 to expand the definitions of “bankrupt” and “incapacitated” for the purposes of regulation 8 of the 2015 Regulations (bankruptcy or incapacity of registrable persons). Other amendments made to the 2015 Regulations are of a minor, technical nature.

The Premier validates Environmental Monitoring Program for the period of 2016-2020 containing arrangements for monitoring of effluent waste water, control of water quality standards, pollution control, monitoring of sources of soil pollution and monitoring of air pollution.

Les carrières font partie du domaine public de l’Etat. Toutefois, elles sont laissées à la disposition du propriétaire du sol sous réserve des dispositions restrictives du présent décret.
