This Act concerns the subdivision of land into units, the establishment of rights relating to such units and provides rules relative to unit titles."Unit"- means a part of the land that is designed for separate ownership. The subdivision of land into units shall be effected by confirmation of the Court of a plan describing the units in their relation to a building or buildings already erected on the land. The Act also concerns existing easements affecting land subdivided into units, regulates common property by unit proprietors and contains special provisions relating to stratum estates in leasehold.
