been covered by rapid needs assessments in Ayeyarwady,
Bago, Chin, Kachin, Magway, Rakhine and Sagaing.

Disaster
Management
Council
(NDMC)
has
developed
a draft rehabilitation plan for the states and
regions affected by floods and Cyclone Komen. The plan
focuses on early recovery efforts needed to remedy the
impact on livelihoods and markets, as well as
protection
services.
