The Guideline lays down rules of procedure for implementing changes in the cadastral categories of the agricultural land. It regulates the application process, defines the parties that are eligible for such application, and the methods applied for verification and approval of requests for changing the land categories. Attachments on “Average number of plants for area units’, ‘The verification act’ and ‘Certification on the cadastral change of the agricultural land” are also attached to it. Implements: Regulation No. 121 dated 17.2.2011 on the functioning of the land protection and administration departments and land protection and administration units in communes and municipalities.
