This Order concerns publication of an Island Plan under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. It applies where, by virtue of article 3(3) of the Law, the Minister is required to publicize the Minister’s proposals in respect of the Island Plan or of a revision of it, and to seek representations from the public. The public may submit an initial representation in respect of the initial draft Island Plan to the Minister. An appointed inspector shall conduct examination in public. When the inspector has concluded the hearings and any site visit the inspector shall report to the Minister.
