DECRET N°2010-233 fixant les modalités d’application de la loi n°2008-014 du 23 juillet 2008 sur le Domaine privé de l’Etat, des Collectivités Décentralisées et des personnes morales de Droit public

The Head of the Executive of these Decentralized Communities approves and signs all contracts related to these assets, following deliberation by the deliberative body. The Head is accountable before the ordinary civil court for the management of this real estate heritage of the Decentralized Community.
