The Analyzing Development Issues Centre (ADIC) was registered with Cambodia’s Ministry of the Interior on 4 April 2011. ADIC began from the Cooperation Committee of Cambodia (CCC)’s Analyzing Development Issues (ADI) Project in 1999 and transformed as an NGO in 2011. ADIC’s initial goal was to increase the critical thinking skills of NGO staff and their capacity to analyze development issues through development research that contributes to beneficial social change in local communities.

The Pa-O Youth Organization (PYO) was set up on 4th December, 1998 by monks, women and youth who came from various places in the Pa-O areas in Burma. PYO is a member of the Students and Youth Congress of Burma (SYCB) and the Nationalities Youth Forum (NYForum). It is a non-violent independent youth organization striving for peace, justice and democracy in Burma.

The main aims of PYO are:

1. To establish a new society based on the principles of peace and justice.

In 1963, the Palaung State Liberation Party (PSLP) started to fight for self-determination and equal rights for the Ta'ang (Palaung) people. In 1991, they made a cease-fire with the Burmese regime. However, some PSLP leaders who were dissatisfied did not accept the cease-fire agreement and formed the Palaung State Liberation Front (PSLF) in the Karen area in Manaplaw in 1992.

STAR Kampuchea (SK) is a Cambodian non-profit and non-partisan organization. It was established and officially recognized by the Ministry of Interior on August 1st, 1997.  SK has received funds from ANGOC, ANSA– EAP, BfdW, British Embassy, CIVICUS, Danida, DCA, DPA, Forum Syd, ILC, Netherland Embassy, NPA, Oxfam GB, Oxfam HK, SEACA, TAF, WB, and ZFD.
