The present Law enforces the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE).The specific purpose of the Law is to create the legal framework for the geo-data infrastructure in Brandenburg being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. In particular, the Law shall ensure that such data are: a) sustainable, up-to-date and of first quality; as well as b) simply and easily accessible.
This Land Law, consisting of 14 Chapters, divided into 223 articles, establishes the legal regime for land management, in particular for constitution, exercise, modification, transmission and extinction of the right of land use and exploitation within the State of the Special Administrative Region of Macau, (called RAEM).
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce efficiently the Saxon Land Survey and Cadastre Law of 29 January 2008. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the contaminated site cadastre of Saxony. This Act contains special provisions regarding the rights of neighbouring real estate proprietors. Real servitude and the right of use are provided for as well. For all the issues related to the use of real estates and not covered by this Act, the provisions of the Civil Code shall be applied.
Article 23 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens shall be granted free access to waterbody of common use and its coastal strip”.

The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance of 21 May 2012 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the catalogue of basic geo-data under federal legislation with competences of Canton and municipalities; the catalogue of basic geo-data under cantonal legislation; the catalogue of other geo-data according to article 12 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 12 article divided into 4 Parts as follows: Purpose, sphere of application (1); Spatial information system (2); Fees (3); Entry into force (4).
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 5 October 2007 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance implements and completes the Federal Act on spatial-information. Moreover the Ordinance provides a basis for a comprehensive spatial information system. La présente loi est composée t de 96 articles répartis en 5 titres, à savoir: l’organisation du régime de la propriété foncière (I); le fonctionnement du régime de la propriété foncière (II); les sanctions (III); les frais et émoluments (IV); et les dispositions finales (V). Aux termes de cette loi, l’immatriculation d’un immeuble au livre foncier est précédée d’une vaste publicité et exige l’observation des formalités multiples et minutieuses destinées à sauvegarder les droits des tiers.
Le présent Arrêté crée un comité technique de suivi de l’aménagement foncier, de l’équipement rural et de la création de zones d’investissements agricoles.Ce Comité a pour mission de formuler des réformes pour améliorer la sécurisation des privés en matière agricole;d’évaluer la législation foncière et les procédures d’attribution de parcelles à usage agricole; de définir des stratégies de renforcement de l’équipement social et économique en milieu rural; et de promouvoir des plans d’occupation et d’affectation des sols.
