Le présent décret fixe les modalités d'organisation et de fonctionnement de la commission consultative en matière foncière et domaniale, organe collégial chargé d'assister les autorités compétentes dans le cadre de la gestion du domaine national.

La présente loi crée des zones économiques spéciales (espace géographique délimité au sein du territoire national constituant une zone de développement prioritaire, administré par un organe spécifique de planification et de développement), et détermine leur régime et leur organisation.

Article 9 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The period of functioning of regional protected area can be extended if considered useful for the purposes of constitution of regional protected area”.

Le présent décret fixe l’organisation du Ministère des Domaines et des Affaires Foncières, responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de la politique du Gouvernement en matière domaniale, cadastrale et foncière.Le Ministre des Domaines et des Affaires Foncières est chargé de l’élaboration, de la mise en œuvre, de l’évaluation de la politique du Gouvernement en matière domaniale, foncière et cadastrale.

This Complementary Law, consisting of 42 articles divided into seven Chapters, establishes the Planning and Territorial Planning System of the State of Roraima. The above mentioned System, called SPOT/RR, is the main guiding instrument for planning of land occupation and control of the use of natural resources of the territory of the State of Roraima, in the implementation of plans, programmes, projects, works and public and private activities. The purpose of the SPOT/RR is to implement the provisions of art.

This By-Law made under the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013, applies to all land within the geographical area of the Kouga Municipality, including land owned by the state. The By-law shall, in case of conflict, in principle prevail over other legislation. The By-law requires a municipal spatial development framework to be made and provides with respect its preparation and public participation procedures. The Municipality may also adopt a local spatial development framework for a specific geographical area of a portion of the municipal area.

Le présent décret crée auprès du ministre chargé de l’Administration Territoriale un Comité National d’Evaluation Technique des Schémas Directeurs et Sommaires d’Aménagement et d’Urbanisme (SDAU/SSAU) dont la mission est de: évaluer les Schémas Directeurs et Sommaires d’Aménagement et d’Urbanisme déjà adoptés ; analyser et émettre un avis technique motivé sur les Schémas Directeurs et Sommaires d’Aménagement et d’Urbanisme avant leurs approbations ; relire les textes relatifs à l’élaboration des Schémas Directeurs et Sommaires d’Aménagement et d’Urbanisme.

This Resolution, consisting of 82 articles divided into seven Chapters and 16 Annexes, ratifies the Tourist Planning Plan (POT) of the Tourist Zone of Salamansa (ZTS), within the island of São Vicente. It includes reports of the Plan for urban areas, as well as environmental and landscape domain, the Plan Regulation and drawings, which constitute the framework and the charters.

Le présent décret fixe les procédures et conditions d’occupation des terrains à usage industriel, appartenant au domaine de l’Etat et situés à l’intérieur d’une zone économique à vocation industrielle ou situés en dehors du domaine de l’Etat dès lors qu’ils sont destinés à l’exercice d’une activité industrielle ou connexe.

The Central Housing and Planning Authority is charged with carrying out of functions under this Act in accordance with section 3. The Authority shall issue rules relative to the preparation and the adoption of town planning schemes, country schemes and supplementary schemes. The Authority may adopt schemes for the whole country, schemes for specified land, schemes proposed by land owners, or schemes proposed by local authorities (sect. 5). These Schemes must be approved by the Governor in Council under section 6. Local authorities affected by a scheme shall be consulted under section 9.
