This Resolution establishes the Regulation of the Environmental Planning of Régua e do Carrapatelo Dam (POARC). This Regulation consists of 5 chapters, and is a special environmental plan (PEOT), according with Decree-Law No. 380/99 regulating actions and activities for the management, use and transformation of land and water.

The amendments concern the application of provisions of building laws for the protection of landscape. Such provisions shall not apply to areas for which a general or detailed plan is in force. The other amendment prohibits the installing of advertisement constructions, etc. outside areas the planning of which is governed by a detailed plan.

This Ministerial Decision regulates the Technical Annex of Land Act No. 19/97 in order to exploit and manage public lands. The technical annex consists of 4 chapters and modul forms establishing the delimitation of involved areas for land use planning purposes, specifying different land uses, listing obligations and rights of foreign or national entities, fees to be paid in order to obtain a licence for land exploitation, etc.

Le susdit règlement abroge et remplace l'arrêté grand-ducal du 29 juillet 1957 concernant le classement et les conditions d'installation des terrains de campings. Le texte comprend 26 articles divisés en 2 chapitres comme suit: De l'ouverture des terrains de camping et des conditions auxquelles ils doivent répondre (Ier); Dispositions relatives au maintien de l'ordre, de la sécurité et de la salubrité publique sur les terrains de camping en exploitation (II).

La susdit loi porte la réglementation relative au camping. L’article 1er établit qu’il est considéré comme terrain de camping public toute propriété mise publiquement à la disposition des campeurs ou occupée en fait et d'une manière habituelle par des groupes de campeurs. En outre, l’ouverture ou le maintien d'un terrain de camping public est soumis à une autorisation écrite du Membre du Gouvernement ayant dans ses attributions le tourisme, le médecin-inspecteur compétent entendu en son avis.
