El presente Manual de procedimientos para adquisición de terrenos dentro de áreas silvestres protegidas, tiene como objetivo dotar al Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación de un documento con el procedimiento normalizado para la consolidación del Patrimonio Natural del Estado, como una herramienta eficaz en el proceso de la adquisición de terrenos, que garantice el correcto uso de los fondos públicos destinados a compra de terrenos dentro de las Áreas Silvestres Protegidas y la igualdad en el trato a los propietarios de los mismos.

The present Regulation is made under the Planning Act. In particular, the Regulation set out minimum requirements with respect to the information that must be submitted with each land use planning application. The text consists of 14 sections and 1 Schedule.

This Planning Act sets out the ground rules for land use planning in Ontario and describes how land uses may be controlled, and who may control them.

The present Act provides for a framework to protect the integrity of the land titles system in Yukon, to secure interests of property owners, and provide new economic development options. Furthermore, the Act establishes a new mechanism for registering settlement land while safeguarding aboriginal rights and title. This will create new residential and commercial development opportunities. The Land Title Office shall keep pace with the volume and complexity of modern land dealings in Yukon and provide more accessible land titles information.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional land-use planning schemes shall contain data on solid waste formation, recycling, treatment, management and disposal of solid domestic waste”.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Quang Ngai province.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; investment in the building of aquaculture systems; protection, development and rational exploitation of forest resources; control of environmental pollution; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; and land use and urban planning.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of urban land-use planning at municipal and regional levels. The scope of this Regional Law shall be consideration of totality of social, economic, ecological and other factors with a view of ensuring sustainable development of territorial land-use planning. Basic land-use planning documentation shall include regional and municipal land-use planning schemes. Regional land-use planning schemes shall include mapping of territorial development plan.

There is established a Development Control authority which shall consist of the members as specified in section 3. It shall be the duty of the Authority to institute a survey in Montserrat on matters that are to be expected to effect the development or the planning of the development. The Authority shall be responsible for the preparation of Preliminary Territorial Plan and a report on the survey. No person shall develop any land except under and in accordance with a planning permission. An application may be made for approval in principle.

La presente Ley aprueba el Plan Regional para el Desarrollo de la Región Interoceánica y el Plan General de Uso, Conservación y Desarrollo del Área del Canal, como instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial de la región interoceánica, para que sirvan como marco normativo a la incorporación de los bienes revertidos al desarrollo nacional, para las zonificaciones y usos del suelo en la región interoceánica que realicen los entes gubernamentales y los particulares.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the management of development projects supported by agricultural development funds, and improve the benefits of the funds. The Measures consist of 11 articles.The State Council decided to use the Fund for Agricultural Development to carry out a planned, systematic comprehensive development of agricultural land resources that have larger scale and potentials, for the purpose of expanding farming area, improving the yield per unit area, increasing the total amount of agricultural products, and enhancing agricultural development potential.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el que establece las condiciones para que los campesinos y desplazados accedan al subsidio de tierras bajo la modalidad de readjudicación de parcelas, que otorgará el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), respecto a la necesidad de cruzar información para evitar la legalización de la propiedad sobre predios que hayan sido objeto de despojo, usurpación, desplazamiento de sus legítimos ocupantes, de cualquier forma ilegítima, fraudulenta o violenta de ocupación, o cuya protección haya sido efectuada o solicitada a las autoridades competentes.
