This Regional Law regulates land relations concerning land-use planning, urban land zoning and land tenure of public land. It establishes that land tenure shall be performed exclusively in accordance with purposeful use of land. Land classification by categories, including classification of public and municipal land as agricultural land, transfer of land from one category to another shall be carried out by the supreme regional executive body.

This Regional Law establishes administrative liability for offences in the sphere of land-use planning of urban land within urban areas and other inhabited areas. Administrative liability shall be applicable in the form of warning (notification) and fine. This Regional Law shall be applicable to land-use planning of the urban territory, zoning, urban ecology, recreational activities, sanitary, hygienic and epidemiological regulation.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of state protection, conservation management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall include historical land-use planning of urban and inhabited areas, landscape architecture and urban forests. Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of objects of cultural heritage shall be responsible for management, protection and conservation thereof. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration and monitoring.

El presente Decreto Legislativo aprueba el Texto Refundido de las Leyes de Ordenación del Territorio de Canarias y de Espacios Naturales de Canarias, que tiene por objeto en la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias: establecer el régimen jurídico general de los Espacios Naturales de Canarias; regular la actividad administrativa en materia de ordenación de los recursos naturales, territorial y urbanística; y definir el régimen jurídico urbanístico de la propiedad del suelo y vuelo, de acuerdo con su función social.

This Order provides for the delegation of powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Gaeltacht conferred on him or her by or under various Acts and Regulations listed in the Schedule to this Order to the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Gaeltacht. Legislation includes (parts of) the Planning and Development Act 2000 and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2012.

This Regional Law regulates land-use planning activity. Regional Administration shall have the following competence: (a) decision-making of elaboration of land-use planning documentation; (b) validation of the list of mandatory land-use planning documentation; (c) validation of the composition and contents of land-use planning schemes; and (d) performance of state expertise of land-use planning projects.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of land-use planning. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) land-use and territorial planning; (b) validation of land-use planning documentation; (c) issuance of authorization for construction on land parcels not covered by land-use planning documentation. It contains the list of documentation to be inserted in land-use planning projects and schemes. Regional land-use planning concepts shall cover the period of 25 years.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of land-use planning, including management of parcels of protected areas, recreational areas and areas containing objects of historical and cultural heritage. Regional administration shall implement common policy in the sphere of land-use planning, law enforcement and performance monitoring of land-use planning.

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: conditions and prior approval by the local planning authority of development rights in relation to contamination and flooding; and a new permitted development right which allows existing agricultural buildings to change use to a flexible use.
