The present Regulation is enacted under the Alberta Land Stewardship Act. In particular, the Regulation provide clear rules for a review of a regional plan, titleholders can apply for a variance to a plan and landowners can apply for compensation in appropriate cases. The Regulation supports also regional planning under Alberta's Land-Use Framework as set out in the afore-mentioned Act.

This Regional Law regulates relations concerning ownership, tenancy and disposal of land parcels and land shares of agricultural land located on the regional territory. State bodies and local government must perform rational land-use planning of agricultural land and protection thereof with a view of: (a) ensuring the right of citizens to favourable environment; (b) ensuring sustainable land tenure; (c) improvement of soil fertility; and (d) ensuring sustainable economic development of the producers of agricultural commodities.

The present Regulation is enacted under the Conservation Agreements Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to application procedures addressed to the Conservation Agreement Board. The text consists of 7 sections.

This Resolution approves the National Directives for Land use Planning (DNOT). It establishes the requirements for National territorial planning, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006 (Bases: X and XVI) amended by Legislative Decree No. 6/2010 and Decree-Law No. 43/2010. It is an instruments to regulate territorial: management development, planning, sectoral policy, etc.

This Order, consisting of 4 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes spatial uses classes, according to the soil classification established by Decree-Law No. 43/2010. Annexes list classification of soils and respective spatial classes.

These Regulations amend, with respect to England, the Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Planning Obligations) Regulations 1992 by inserting a new regulation 2A prescribing the "relevant period" (for purposes of section 106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) after which applications to modify or discharge planning obligations entered into on or before 6 April 2010 can be made. Section 106A enables a person against whom a planning obligation is enforceable to apply to the local planning authority to have the obligation modified or discharged.

These Regulations implement sections 106A and 106B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. These sections enable a person against whom a planning obligation is enforceable to apply to the local planning authority to have the obligation modified or discharged and provides for an appeal to the Secretary of State if such an application is refused or not determined.

This Resolution, consisting of 5 articles, establishes the Regional Territorial Planning Scheme of the São Vicente island (EROT-SV). It also states that the General Direction for Territorial and Urban Land Use Planning (DGOTDU) will be responsible for promoting the design of the EROT, through a competition for selecting an enterprise or cabinet with technical capacities. It establishes terms and conditions to announce a competition, to identify the public Regional interests and to establish previsions and restrictions related to the transformation of involved territorial areas.
