Cutting 2,667.90 hectares of land in Sampov Lun district of Battambang province: (1) 688.65 hectares from Roneam Daunsom Wildlife Sanctuary for reclassification as state private land, and (2) 1,979.25 hectares from ELC of Soun Mean Sambath Co., Ltd, for granting donation to 1,648 families in Toul Krosang, O Koky, Komnor Robeng, O Travchou villages of Serey Meanchey commune in Sampov Lun district of Battambang province.

Cutting 3,613.0719 hectares of land in Chhouk district of Kampot province: (1) 3,462.3541 hectares from 2002 Forest Cover, and (2) 150.7178 hectares from economic land concession of World Trist Entertainment (Cambodia), and reclassifying 3,172.8332 hectares as state private land for granting donation to 1,134 families and reserving 440.2387 hectares as state public land in Prey Peay village of Trapeang Pleang commune in Chhouk district.

Reclassifying 410 hectares as state private land in Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary in Kampong Thom and Preah Vihear provinces for agro-industry, rubber plantation and animals raising investment under lease or concession condition.

Determining 6,000 hectares as sustainable use zones in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Siem Reap and Preah Vihear provinces, and granting the land for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment for 70 years to Ly Chhuong Construction & Import Export.

Reclassifying 9,000 hectares as state private land in sustainable use zone of Virakchey National Park in Ta Veng and Andong Meas districts of Ratanakiri province for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment.

Determining 2,995 hectares as sustainable use zone in Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary in Kampong Thom province, and granting the land for agro-industry, rubber plantation and animals raising investment ton SAL Sophea Peanich Group Co., Ltd.

Reclassifying 6,892 hectares as state private land in Phnom Prich Wildlife Sanctuary in Mondulkiri province for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment under concession condition.

Determining 9,137 hectares as sustainable use zones in Butom Sakor National Park in Koh Kong province, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to Paradise Investment Co., Ltd.

Amending Article 1 of the Sub-Decree 37 ANK.BK dated 17 February 2009 by changing the word "lease" to "concession", and granting concession to Sethikula Co., Ltd for rubber plantation for 99 years.

Determining 36,296 hectares as sustainable use zones in Snoul Wildlife Sanctuary in Kratie province and in Preah Soramrith Kosamak "Kirirom" National Park in Kampong Spue province and granting the land to 6 companies for agro-industry, rubber and other trees plantation, and eco-tourism investments (5,059 hectares in Snoul Wildlife Sanctuary in Kratie for rubber plantation investment to Viet-Nam Kampuchia Economy, Trade and Industry Company Limited (VKETI) Co., Ltd; 9,855 hectares in Snoul Wildlife Sanctuary in Kratie for rubber plantation and agro-industry investment to Memot Rubber Plantat

Classifying 479 hectares of forest land in Permanent Forest Reserve (forest concession area of SL.
