This Law provides for the acquisition of land needed for public purposes and for Companies, and determines the amount of compensation to be made on account of such acquisition. The Collector of the District may make a preliminary investigation on any land in any locality that may be needed for any public purpose or for a Company. The Commissioner, for land acquired for a public purpose, or the Provincial Government for land acquired for a Company, when satisfied of the result of the investigation, shall publish a notification in the Official Gazette.

L’article 1 de la loi susvisée établit que le droit d'expropriation pour cause d'utilité publique peut être exercé pour des travaux ou des opérations d'aménagement qui sont dans l'intérêt du canton ou d'une commune. Il ne peut être exercé que dans la mesure nécessaire pour atteindre le but poursuivi.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to provincial parks.

La présente loi a pour but de protéger le site du Rhône, de ses rives et de leurs abords. L’article 3 établit qu’aucune construction nouvelle, sous réserve de constructions d'utilité publique imposées par leur destination, ne peut être érigée à l'intérieur du périmètre délimité par les plans visés à l'article 2. L'agrandissement de peu d'importance, l'adaptation, la transformation, voire la reconstruction de bâtiments et d'installations existants, demeurent réservés.

Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 5 juin 1987 sur les améliorations foncières. Le texte comprend 80 articles répartis en 9 chapitres comme : Dispositions générales (I); Subventions (II); Travaux (III); Etude préliminaire (IV); Constitution du syndicat (V); Organisation du syndicat (VI); Remaniement parcellaire (VII); Procédure de recours (VIII); Dispositions finales (IX).

La présente loi s'applique aux exploitations à ciel ouvert de gravier, sable et argile.

The Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) joint programmes in the sphere of cadastre, land resources, geodesy and cartography; (b) exchange of information; (c) exchange of maps; (d) exchange on experience related to land use planning, land survey and land cadastre; (e) joint symposia and conferences; (f) consulting (art. 2).

The purpose of this Act is the determination of terms regarding the utilization of land in each area of the country, the equal distribution of technical and infrastructural works, taking into consideration the principle of sustainable development, the protection of territorial, natural, ecological and cultural features and values, and the conservation of natural resources.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton of Nidwald. In particular, it ensures an economical use of soil, regulated settlements with a view to conserve natural living space, the cultural heritage of the Canton, a sustainable development and coordination of competences. It aims also at the unification of the construction law.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979. In particular, the Ordinance regulates land use planning in the Canton of Glarus dealing with the following aspects: agricultural zones, protected water areas, areas liable to natural disasters, infrastructural measures, building outside permitted areas, local authorities with no official building areas, cantonal competent authorities, and financial contributions by the Canton and dispute settlements. The text consists of 10 articles.

Article 1 of the present Act establishes, that, in particular, forestry and agriculture shall benefit from soil improvement measures. Soil improvement shall be carried out with a view to land use planning, as well as to protect nature, landscape, cultural heritage, waters and the environment in general. The text consists of 48 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Soil improvements (II); Agricultural buildings (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).

Le nombre et les limites des circonscriptions foncières de la République du Zaïre coïncident avec le nombre et les limites des régions. la ville de Kinshasa est érigée en circonscription foncière distincte.
