La présente loi, prise en application des dispositions de l'article 47 de la Constitution, fixe les modalités de concession par l'État ou les collectivités locales de certaines opérations d'aménagement foncier à une personne morale, publique ou privée de droit gabonais, dénommée l'aménageur.

La présente loi autorise la ratification de la Convention portant création de l’Agence Panafricaine de la Grande Muraille Verte (APGMV) adoptée à N’Djaména, le 17 juin 2010, dont objectif global est la réalisation de la Grande Muraille Verte dans les Etats membres pour lutter contre les effets du changement climatique et de la désertification ainsi que la perte de biodiversité, afin d'engendrer des impacts socio-économiques hautement positifs sur les populations et d'assurer la gestion durable des ressources naturelles et le développement intégré des zones arides ciblées.

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to transitional and saving arrangements consequential upon the enactment of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 and consequential upon the repeal of selected provisions by that Law. Transitional and saving arrangements concern, among other things, applications for planning permission, appeals, various development plans, grant of permissions and preliminary declarations.

The objects of this Act, consisting of 99 sections divided into six Chapters and completed by one Schedule, are: a) to provide rules about each neighbour’s responsibility for dividing fences and for trees so that neighbours are generally able to resolve issues about fences or trees without a dispute arising; and b) to facilitate the resolution of any disputes about dividing fences or trees that do arise between neighbours.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Elaboration of land-use planning projects shall be performed with the consideration of accessibility to the objects of social, engineering and transport infrastructure for disabled persons and low-mobility groups of the population”.

The Act regulates spatial planning in Estonia. Its aim is to create, by promoting environmentally sound and economically, culturally and socially sustainable development, the preconditions that are necessary for democratic, long-term and balanced spatial development that takes into account the needs and interests of all members of the Estonian society to occur, for democratic, long-term and balanced land use pattern that takes into account the needs and interests of all members of the Estonian society to form and for high-quality living and built environment to develop.

This By-Law made under the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013, applies to all land within the geographical area of the Ndlambe Municipality, including land owned by the state. The By-law shall, in case of conflict, in principle prevail over other legislation. The By-law requires a municipal spatial development framework to be made and provides with respect its preparation and public participation procedures. The Municipality may also adopt a local spatial development framework for a specific geographical area of a portion of the municipal area.

This Order concerns the granting of planning permissions and other measures aimed at control of development and to carry out proper planning. The Order shall apply to planning areas and implement provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act. Generally, any development of any class specified in the first column of the Schedule may be carried out without planning permission.
