Le présent décret porte attributions et organisation de la direction générale de l'action régionale et des opérations d'aménagement, organe technique qui assiste le ministre du territoire et du développement régional dans l' exercice de ses attributions en matière d'action régionale et des opérations d'aménagement.

The South-East Peninsula Land Development and Conservation Board shall evaluate development schemes, make recommendations regarding allotment and reservation of land, control of pollution, implementation of environmental protection plans, monitor implementation of development schemes and carry out other functions set out in section 4. The Board shall prepare the South-East Peninsula Development and Land Use Management Plan in accordance with section 5.

The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.The Act consists of 44 sections divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); general (II); Private Land (III); Private land (IV); Customary land (V); User of land (VI); Trespass or encroachment upon, or unlawful occupation of, land (VII); Miscellaneous (VIII).A Corporation may hold land only with a license from the Minister (sect. 3). The Minister may dispose of public and customary land in accordance with section 5.

The Ordinance consists of 40 sections divided into 6 Parts: Preliminary (I); Preparation and approval of Scheme (II); Interim development of land (III); Contents and effects of Schemes (IV); Compensation and betterment (V); Miscellaneous (VI).The Central Housing and Planning Authority shall be vested with the administration and enforcement of this Act and the execution and enforcement of Town Planning Schemes, Regional Schemes, a Supplementary Scheme adopted under this Ordinance or a scheme varying or revoking an existing scheme.

This Act declares areas along the coast known as Pas Geometrique to be public domain and makes provision for the survey of lands in such kind of land areas, the grant of leases, rights of lessees, and prohibits dumping on Pas Geometriques. The Minister may grant leases of Pas Geometriques or annexes. The granting shall take place by private contract or public auction. A clause, which imposes the planting of trees on the lessee, shall be included in every lease contract. Cutting of trees on Pas Geometriques requires permission by the Minister and shall be included in the lease contract.

This Law is an integral part of urban construction and environmental legislation of the city of Moscow and establishes the modalities of planning, regulation and carrying out urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex of the city of Moscow. The document consists of 13 Articles. Article 1 introduces the principal concepts. Article 2 establishes the legal basis for the regulation of urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex. Article 3 regards land use planning for the territories of natural complex.

This Law establishes the conditions and the modalities of realization on investment activity aimed at building of the plots of land, for completion of unfinished constructions, reconstruction of edifices, their parts belonging to St.Petersburg for the purpose of profiting when the result is creation of immovable property. Article 7 establishes that investment prospect must contain the obligation of a potential investor to pay the services of the preparation of urban construction and land surveying documentation.

Amends section 7 and adds section 7A. Section 7 defines which kind of activities qualify as development and proof that none such development has taken place without a permission shall lie with the person charged. Subsection 3 of section 7 provides that unauthorized development may be removed or demolished by the Authority if it is satisfied that no permission would have been granted for such development. Section 7a prescribes that before such action is taken, a written notice shall be served upon the owner or occupier of the building or land in respect of which action is proposed.

The Development Control Authority is established under section 3. The Chief Technical Officer in charge of the Town and Country Planning Development shall be the Executive Secretary of the Authority and as such shall be responsible for carrying out its general policy and for general supervision of the activities of the Authority. All development in Saint Lucia requires a prior written permission of the Authority (sect. 7).

Where the Government has earmarked an area within Malta for public acquisition with a view to its development for a public purpose, the Minister responsible for public works may declare such an area to be a Special Development Area. Article 4 establishes the effects of such declaration.

This Act concerns the management of land and its resources, including mines, minerals easements, servitudes and all other interests in real property (sect. 1). Under section 2, the Commissioner in Executive Council can designate Land Management Zones for the purpose of protecting the ecological balance of the physical characteristics of any area in Yukon. The Act provides also for sale and lease of lands, for the leasing of mining rights (sect. 10), for the cutting of timber (sect. 16) and for trespass on territorial lands (sect. 18).
