La presente Ley aprueba el Plan Regional para el Desarrollo de la Región Interoceánica y el Plan General de Uso, Conservación y Desarrollo del Área del Canal, como instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial de la región interoceánica, para que sirvan como marco normativo a la incorporación de los bienes revertidos al desarrollo nacional, para las zonificaciones y usos del suelo en la región interoceánica que realicen los entes gubernamentales y los particulares.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the management of development projects supported by agricultural development funds, and improve the benefits of the funds. The Measures consist of 11 articles.The State Council decided to use the Fund for Agricultural Development to carry out a planned, systematic comprehensive development of agricultural land resources that have larger scale and potentials, for the purpose of expanding farming area, improving the yield per unit area, increasing the total amount of agricultural products, and enhancing agricultural development potential.

This Order the 1995 Order as follows: the introduction of a requirement to consult, in England, the Regional Development Agency before the grant of planning permission for certain categories of development (art. 3); the introduction of an additional exception to the requirement to consult before the grant of planning permission, for development which is not EIA development where a local planning authority considers that the development proposed is subject to any up to date standing advice issued by the relevant consultee in respect of a category of development. An Act, consisting of seven Chapters and applying to the whole State of Uttarakhand.

The Plan, consisting of six Parts and completed by five Schedules, applies to all of the land within the area of Kiama. It is divided into ten Parts: Preliminary (1); Permitted or prohibited development (2); Exempt and complying development (3); Principal development standards (4); Miscellaneous provisions (5); Additional local provisions (6).

This Law provides for general town and country planning and provides rules relative to development in Jersey. It also provides for the protection of trees. The purpose of the Law is to conserve, protect and improve Jersey’s natural beauty, natural resources and general amenities, its character, and its physical and natural environments. An application for planning permission to carry out prescribed development under this Law shall be taken to include any environmental impact statement relating to the application prepared and provided in accordance with provisions of this Law.

These Regulations prescribe for Wales types of development for the purposes of section 108(2A) and (3C) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, which limits the circumstances in which compensation is payable for withdrawal or refusal of a planning permission in accordance with section 108.
