The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Building Ordinance of 22 September 2009. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 67 dealing with authorization on behalf of the competent authority for use of public soil. Moreover, the Ordinance amends Annex 4. This Act amends the Zambia Development Agency Act, 2006 so as to provide with respect to "industrial parks" i.e. any area or premises in Zambia that has been declared by the Minister an industrial park under section 18 of the principal Act. Various consequential amendments are made. The Agency shall monitor and evaluate the activities, performance and development of enterprises operating in industrial parks and prescribe and enforce measures, for the business or activity carried out within an industrial park so as to promote the safety and efficiency of its operations.

Le présent décret porte création de l'inspection de l'agence nationale de l'urbanisme, chargée de l'élaboration et du suivi des plans d'aménagement et d'urbanisme.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land-use planning schemes shall be elaborated in accordance with the requirements set forth by Urban Construction Code of the Russian Federation and with the consideration of the requirements of regional land-use planning”.

This Decree implements provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act in relation to, among other things: the form and publication of various planning decisions, public hearings and consultation, standard rules for municipal plans, exemptions from requirements of plans, financial arrangements, soil exploitation, planning authorities and subsidies.

This Act amends the Town and Country planning Act in relation with the extension of powers of municipal authorities to regulate and impose conditions regarding the establishment, quality and operation of construction sites and constructed-related operations regarding the soil.

The Land Code makes provision for the regulation of "land relations" and its purpose is to secure rational use and protection of land, the protection of the environment, and "the equal development of all forms of economic activity in Tajikistan" (Preamble). Other laws regulating land relations may be enacted on the basis of this Code.Land is declared to be in exclusive ownership if the State in article 2.

Article 11.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of the area with identified objects of cultural heritage therein shall be validated by the district institution competent in the sphere of protection of cultural heritage. Data related to the aforesaid boundaries must contain textual description and graphic mapping”.

The Act consists of 55 sections divided into 9 Parts: Preliminary (I); Town and Country Planning Tribunal (II); Development Plans (III); Procedure for the preparation and submission of development plans and their modification and extension (IV); Permission required for development and subdivision of land (V); Compensation for refusal or conditional grant of planning permission (VI); Acquisition of land (VII); Regional plans (VIII); General (IX).Section 3 defines the sphere of application of the Act.

This Act provides for physical planning in South Africa at national and local level. It assigns functions to the Minister of Regional and Land Affairs for achievement the objects of this Act and grants power to the Minister to divide the Republic into two or more development regions and to divide a development region into two or more planning regions. The Minister shall ensure that physical planning is promoted and coordinated on a national and regional basis.
