Ce décret adapte certaines dispositions réglementaires du nouveau code rural relatives à l'aménagement foncier aux dispositions de la loi sur l'eau, notamment au niveau des études d'aménagement pour assurer la protection des intérêts mentionnés à l'article 2 de la loi sur l'eau, de l'enquête sur le mode et le périmètre d'aménagement foncier, de l'élaboration des prescriptions, de l'enquête sur le projet parcellaire, de l'arrêté de clôture de l'aménagement foncier et du suivi des opérations.

The present Ordinance lays down principles for the assessment of the market value of land. Article 1 establishes that when assessing the market value of land, including components, accessories and soil value the present Ordinance shall be applied. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Sphere of application, definition of terms and general land assessment principles (1); Soil values and other necessary data (2); Assessment proceedings (3); Final provisions (4).Two Annexes are enclosed.

This Ordinance provides for the control of reclamation and use of the foreshore and seabed.Where a reclamation is proposed, the Director of Land shall prepare and publish a plan delineating and describing the proposed reclamation and the foreshore and seabed to be affected as provided for in the text.The Ordinance provides for: objections to the proposed reclamation; claims for compensation; payment of claims and interests; etc.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 to effect to Article 3 of Directive 2003/35/EC of the European Parliament of the Council of 26 May in so far as it affects public participation in the decision-making process for applications and appeals relating to development for which environmental impact assessment is required.

Article 1 shall be supplemented with the following wording “standard denomination of geographical object shall be considered the name mostly used in the written form in the language of original in which it is used.”

This Act, consisting of 58 sections divided into 15 Parts and completed by one Schedule, establishes measures for facilitating sales, leases, and other disposition of settled land, etc. Under the Act, “settlement” includes “an instrument or instruments which under this Act or the corresponding previous enactments is or are deemed to be or which together constitute a settlement, and a settlement which is deemed to have been made by any person or to be subsisting for the purposes of this Act”, what constitutes a settlement is defined under section 8.

This Act establishes the Town and Country Planning Board and provides for establishment of District physical planning committees, Urban physical planning committees and Local physical planning committees. The Act also provides for approval, etc. of national and regional physical development plans and for authorization and control of development.The Board shall, among other things, advise the government on all matters relating to physical planning and hear and determine appeals lodged by persons or local governments aggrieved by the decision of any physical planning committees.
