This Act concerns the protection of listed building and the designation and protection of conservation areas. Every local planning authority: (a) shall from time to time determine which parts of their area are areas of special architectural or historic interest the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance, and (b) shall designate those areas as conservation areas. The Secretary of State may from time to time determine any part of a local planning authority's area as a conservation area.

L’article 1er établit que l’aménagement du territoire organise le territoire national et en assure le développement en respectant les particularités et les ressources propres des diverses régions qui le composent. Il a pour objectif d’assurer aux habitants du pays des conditions de vie optimales par une mise en valeur harmonieuse et un développement durable de ses régions en valorisant leurs ressources respectives et en maintenant un équilibre structurel et économique entre elles.

This Act provides for spatial development of Tonga and in particular, among other things, provides for the fair, orderly, economic and sustainable use, development and management of land including the protection of natural and man-made resources and the maintenance of ecological processes and genetic diversity. It establishes the National Spatial Planning Authority and appoints the Minister for Lands as the Authority. The principal function of the Authority shall be the implementation of the provisions of this Act in accordance with its objectives.

The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve the scenic value of outdoor recreational terrains in areas rich with wildlife within Oslo. The boundaries of the outdoor area is shown in map at a scale of 1:12 500 of September 2013. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest. Administrative authorities may grant permission to create paths and trails, ensure sport activities do not conflict with conservation objectives, forest management initiatives in certain sub-areas should develop a more friendly forest area in line with conservation objectives.

The purpose of this document is to ensure the conservation of nature values of a specific outdoor area Skjennungsåsen. This area's topography includes large proportion of old forest without recent forestry interventions, of both pine and spruce, including small ponds, marshes and streams. The purpose of this Regulation aims at conservation the quality of outdoor recreational areas without interfering their topography, the presence of swamps, lakes, streams, and hills. The area offers a large proportion of old forest without recent forest interventions. The area also consists of larger cultural heritage and a diverse wildlife. The outdoor recreational area covers a total area of ​​3 674 acres. The boundaries are shown in a map at a scale of 1:15 000. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto delimitar los espacios funcionales para efectuar la ordenación territorial; planificar y programar los servicios autonómicos de acuerdo con el modelo territorial; y potenciar fórmulas de gobierno y administración local más eficientes, especialmente las de carácter asociativo voluntario, así como fomentar la solidaridad de la comunidad municipal.

The Act provides for soil conservation and livestock control. It harmonizes soil conservation activities in agriculture, livestock management and proper management of water resources. The Act contains provisions on range management and grazing control for communities to manage range resources in a sustainable manner, guaranteeing equal access.The Act applies to agricultural land, i.e. land utilised for the purpose of the growing of crops or the grazing of livestock.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 with respect to grazing fees and penalties for grazing offences. They also concern fees in relation with organization of rotational grazing and regulation of stock numbers.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: interpretations; grazing fees and penalties for grazing offences; organization of rotational grazing; regulation of stock numbers; and inspection of stock by an Agricultural Officer. Definitions that are added by these Regulations include: "grazing season", "carrying capacity" (i.e. the maximum stocking rate possible without damage to vegetation or related resources), and "range".
