La presente Ley crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) como parte de la política sectorial del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, que se otorga por una sola vez a los beneficiarios, con criterio de utilidad pública, sin cargo de restitución por parte de éstos, y que constituye un incentivo y complemento de su ahorro, y de su esfuerzo constructor.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento del Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH), que establece las normas de carácter general a las que deben ceñirse los participantes en el Programa Techo Propio para el acceso al Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) en sus diversas modalidades de aplicación por parte del grupo familiar.

La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento Operativo para acceder al Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) en las modalidades de aplicación de construcción en sitio propio y mejoramiento de vivienda en el ámbito urbano, en relación al procedimiento de postulación colectiva.

El presente Reglamento Operativo establece los procedimientos que deben cumplir los grupos familiares participantes del Programa Techo Propio, para el acceso al Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) en las modalidades de aplicación de construcción en sitio propio y mejoramiento de vivienda en el ámbito urbano.

The present Regulation implements the Sachsen Building Ordinance of 28 May 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to building and building products, as well as to parcels of land and other constructions and facilities subject to requirments of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 49 articles.

This Order amends secondary legislation as a consequence of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, which abolishes the system of conservation area consent as it applies to buildings in conservation areas in England (and to provide that planning permission will instead be required). This Order makes consequential amendments to various Rules and Regulations concerning town and country planning procedures.

This Act grants powers to Parish Councils to abate nuisances such as dangerous buildings and structures on private land and holds the owner of such land to be liable for the payment of the costs of such operation. The Council may, in case the nuisance is not abated, apply to court for a conditional sale of the land upon which the nuisance exists. The Act sets out the procedure for sale of such land. The Act also provides for an absolute order for sale and the certification of a nuisance.

These Rules regulate the procedure to be followed for hearings in England caused by the Secretary of State to be held before he or an inspector determines applications made in relation to planning 6 permission under section 62A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Section 62A, which was inserted into the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the Growth and Infrastructure Act, 2013, provides for the designation of local planning authorities in accordance with criteria set by the Secretary of State.

This Order sets out the procedures in connection with applications under section 62A of the 1990 Act. The procedures are modelled on the procedures for planning applications submitted to local planning authorities (set out in the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010). Section 62A, which was inserted into the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the Growth and Infrastructure Act, 2013, provides for the designation of local planning authorities in accordance with criteria set by the Secretary of State.

The Regulations concern relevant planning permission applications which based on written representations in accordance with section 62A and 319A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Those sections were inserted into the that Act by the Growth and Infrastructure Act, 2013. Section 62A provides for the designation of local planning authorities in accordance with criteria set by the Secretary of State. A new definition of " major developments" for purposes of these Regulations also includes waste development and minerals development.

These Regulations amend, in relation to England, the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992 by excluding from the working of regulation 9 of the principal Regulations interested planning authorities which are urban development corporations. Regulation 9 provides that where an interested planning authority grants itself planning permission for its own development, the permission enures only for the benefit of the authority or, in the case of joint development, the authority and the other person specified in the application for planning permission as the joint developer.

These Regulations apply Parts III, VII and VIII of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 with modifications to: (a) land in which a local planning authority has any interest and in relation to which the authority exercises any of the functions of a local planning authority, and (b) the development of any land by a local planning authority exercising any of the functions of a local planning authority in relation to that land, whether the development is by the authority alone, or jointly with any other person, except in certain situations mentioned.
