This Act provides for the establishment of Parish Councils for each Parish and defines their functions and powers. Parish records on the registration of land shall be transferred to the Registrar General.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Agency for Registration of Immovable Property shall be state management body carrying out registration of rights to immovable property, common policy in the sphere of land relations, and also land survey and cartographic activity. The sphere of competence of the Agency shall include: (a) regulation of land relations, land cadastre, land survey, geodesy and cartography; (b) keeping unified register of immovable property; (c) land monitoring; (d) participation in land reform; and (e) issuance of land registration certificates.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Deeds Registry Act in relation with, among other things, preparation of deeds and documents, certification of rights including a right to minerals, land transfer based on will and matters of form.

This Act establishes a deeds registry and provides rules for the registration of deeds, land and the rights in immovable properties.The Act defines the functions and powers of the Registrar who shall be appointed by the President under this Act. The Act also prescribes how land, including State land, must be transferred or partitioned and defines requisites for such transfer or partition to be valid.Other provisions of this Act deal with, among other things, subdivision of land in townships, transfer of mortgaged property, execution of bonds, leases, rights to minerals and servitudes.
The present Ordinance implements articles 10 and 11 of the Soil Protection Law (LGBl. 80/2001). The purpose of the Ordinance is to regulate the use of sewage sludge in agriculture in such a way as to prevent harmful effects on s oil, vegetation, animals and man, thereby encouraging the correct use of such sewage sludge.
This Act imposes a duty on the registration of: deeds of transfer of property including immovable property and including: (a) a notice witnessing the compulsory acquisition of property under the Land Acquisition Act; (b) a deed of transfer under the Land (Duties and Taxes) Act 1984. The Act specifies various circumstances that may have an impact on the registration and payment of duty such as transfer with right of redemption, transfer of mixed property, transactions not witnessed by document; counter-deed; and agreement regarding agricultural produce.
Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’organisation et de confection du cadastre en République du Mali. Le cadastre, état civil de la propriété foncière, a pour but de confectionner les documents administratifs et les plans en procédant: - au recensement de toutes les propriétés foncières; - à la reconnaissance et la définition de leur limites; - à la constatation de leur mise en valeur; - et à leur évaluation en vue de l’établissement des impôts liés au foncier. Il assure, en outre, la garantie de la propriété foncière et sert de base aux grands travaux d’aménagement du territoire.
