This Law establishes legal framework and the modalities of functioning of the unified state registration system of rights to immovable property and transactions therewith. State registration is a legal act attesting rights to immovable property, real burdens (restrains), and also transactions therewith ensuring legal protection of registered rights and real burdens (restrains). Immovable property shall be considered plots of land, subsoil and separate waterbodies.

This Instruction establishes the modalities of access to information on registered rights to immovable property and real burden (restrains) in the form of certificates and extracts from the Unified register of immovable property. The aforesaid extract shall be granted by written application to any citizen who shows personal identification document.

This Decree contains description of the principles of cadastral division of the national territory with a view of keeping state land cadastre. Cadastral division of the national territory shall be composed of the following units: (a) administrative and territorial subdivision; (b) cadastral districts; and (c) cadastral blocks. Land cadastre within a cadastral district shall be kept by territorial cadastre body or by land service of the local executive body. Cadastral district code shall be composed of three letters of Latin alphabet.

Cette loi porte création, structure, attributions, organisation administrative et financière de l’Office de la topographie et de la cartographie, chargé d'exécuter et de contrôler les travaux techniques d'immatriculation de la prorpiété foncière et du cadastre.

La présente loi porte création du centre national de télédétection, établissement public ayant pour mission de participer à l'élaboration d'une politique nationale ainsi que d'acquérir, distribuer, traiter et archiver des données en matière de télédétection.

Le présent arrêté définit les modalités d'enregistrement des terres. Ces modalités incluent l'établissement d'un registre des titres fonciers, les procédures d'enregistrement des titres fonciers et d'autres intérêts fonciers, les traferts des titres fonciers et autres transations foncières.

This Act makes provision for real property rights in relation with common property in condominium. This Act shall apply only to property as hereinafter defined which is expressly made subject to the provisions of this Act by a Declaration, i.e. an instrument duly executed under seal by the person or persons having the legal and equitable title in fee simple absolute to the property to which the Declaration relates.

This Act makes provision with respect to the registration of specified deeds, documents and other writings including freehold and leasehold grants from the Crown and wills or other testamentary papers.The Act also makes provision for the authentication of such papers and procedures of registration.

The purpose of this Decree is to improve control over land protection and conservation. The aforesaid control shall be carried out either by state land inspectors or by social land inspectors. The latter shall be volunteers selected from the personnel of local self-government, state institutions and organizations aware of land legislation.
