This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage pertaining to regional property; (b) decision-making related to insertion (cancellation) on the objects of cultural heritage into the unified state register of the objects of cultural heritage; and (c) validation of the regulations on historical and cultural reserve of regional significance, its boundaries and management regime.
