The Premier decrees to establish that for the determination of comparable cadastre value of area of agricultural land pertaining to a taxpayers on condition of ownership, possession and (or) tenancy, cadastre value of a hectare of agricultural land must be divided into average cadastre value at the regional level and must be multiplied by area of agricultural land pertaining to tax-payer. Federal executive body authorized to carry out cadastre valuation of land is entitled to determine cadastre value of a hectare of agricultural land pertaining to a tax-payer and average cadastre value of a hectare of agricultural land at the regional level.
