The Government, for the purpose of improvement of the mechanism of registration of payers of land charges and land rent for the land belonging to state (municipal) property, decrees to entitle district and city committees on land resources and land survey with the task of provision territorial, city and district state tax inspections with the lists of legal and natural persons – payers of land charges, compiled on the basis of the data of state land cadastre. The form of the lists of the payers of land charges, the terms of their forwarding and the modalities of the insertion of the amendments into them must be established by the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey in accordance with State Tax Service of the Russian Federation.
