La presente Ley deroga el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1.090, Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre y el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1.064, Régimen jurídico para el aprovechamiento de las tierras de uso agrario.

This Law, composed of four Chapters divided into 83 articles, regulates the Programme “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” on regularization of urban settlements. It aims to support municipalities in building new houses in order to help families to get one, giving priority to people living within informal settlements of urban areas. The Law pays special attention to sustainable urban projects and it also defines criteria to evaluate them.

La presente Ley suspende la aplicación del Decreto Legislativo Nº 1090, Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre y del Decreto Legislativo Nº 1064, Régimen jurídico para el aprovechamiento de las tierras de uso agrario; restituye el texto de la Ley Nº 27308, Ley Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre y de la Ley Nº 26505, Ley de la inversión privada en el desarrollo de las actividades económicas en las tierras del territorio nacional y de las comunidades campesinas y nativas; y restituye parcialmente la vigencia del Decreto Legislativo Nº 653, Ley de promoción de las inversiones en el sector agrario.

This Circular, consisting of 6 articles, establishes the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment as a governmental agency performing the state management of land; water resources; minerals and geology; environment; hydro-meteorology; climate change; survey and cartography; integrated and unified management of sea areas and islands; and public services in the sectors and fields under its management.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen land administration and control, enforce the control of land uses, protect cultivated land, and properly control the total amount of land for construction use.The Measures provide for the compilation, issuance, implementation, supervision and assessment of the annual plans on the utilization of land, and for annual plan quotas of land utilization.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of land-use planning and, in particular, territorial planning of urban areas with the consideration of ecological factors and urban zoning. It establishes plenary powers of regional administration and local government in the aforesaid sphere. Land-use planning shall be carried out in accordance with territorial planning schemes and authorized types of land tenure within urban areas. The scope of land-use planning shall be sustainable development of urban areas.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente la Ley que autoriza la constitución de una sociedad por acciones denominada Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. (FINDETER), respecto a la financiación y asesoria en lo referente al diseño, ejecución y administración de proyectos o programas de inversión financiados por FINDETER, y que se enmarquen estrictamente en la estructuración financiera del crédito acorde con su objeto social.

This Decree-Law regulates the legal regime for municipal land use planning. It consists of 34 articles specifying competent authorities for approving municipal plans for urban land use planning as well as requirements to be approved. It also regulates land expropriation and establishes land uses, controls to be carried out and sanctions to be paid by offenders.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the assessment of environmental impact. The text deals with the following matters: tasks of the Environment Office in the Canton of Zurich, tasks of the Planning Authorities, issue of building authorizations, land use planning, special provisions for certain infrastructures. The text consists of 10 articles and 1 Annex.

La presente Resolución modifica la que establece los criterios para definir la composición poblacional en cada proyecto de Vivienda, en relación a la modificación de la composición poblacional que el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda) podrá realizar variando el porcentaje asignado a cada grupo de población en cada proyecto en cualquier tiempo.

This Decree-Law amends articles: 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 18, 20, 21, 26 and 28 of Decree-Law No. 69/90 (regulating the legal regime for municipal land use planning).

This Decree is composed of 16 articles and institutes the National Program on Support and Regularization of Rural households, addressing the registration of rural properties and defining sanctions for non-compliance with the provisions set therein.
