Le présent décret détermine les règles relatives à l’enquête publique préalable à l’aliénation d’un ou plusieurs chemins ruraux appartenant à une ou plusieurs communes.Ce texte modifie les dispositions du code rural et de la pêche maritime applicables aux enquêtes publiques préalables à l’aliénation des chemins ruraux. Il renvoie aux dispositions du code de l’expropriation pour cause d’utilité publique applicables aux enquêtes qui ne sont pas préalables à une déclaration d’utilité publique mais qui font référence à ce code.

Le présent décret exécutif fixe les modalités de la tenue du fichier national des actes d'urbanisme et des infraxtions qui s'y rapportent.

This Order amends, in relation to England, the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995. The Order: modifies the consultation requirements in respect of applications under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary conditions attached to a previous permission; and amends the procedure for planning applications which are made for specified planning permissions.

This Regional Law establishes the following cases for the refusal of cadastre registration of land plots: (a) unavailability of data attesting the rights of the applicant to constructions and edifices located on land plots for which cadastre scheme has been drafted; (b) availability of irregularities and violations of the mandatory requirements of land legislation; and (c) difference of submitted data from already inserted in the unified state register of rights to immovable property.

These Regulations amend the Conservation (Natural Habitats, c.) Regulations 1994 in relation to Great Britain. They make provision for the adaptation of the planning regime introduced under the Planning Act 2008 for nationally significant infrastructure projects, for the protection of any site protected under Council Directive 92/43/EEC. They require development consent granted before the date on which a site becomes a European site to be reviewed and in certain circumstances revoked where the integrity of the site would be adversely affected.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Barbuda land Act 2007 by: outlining procedures for the grant of exclusive right of occupation by a person qualified under section 7 of the Act; prescribing conditions for the grant of a lease for major development of land or for the extension of such lease; outlining procedures for the application for a licence to cut timber or a licence to burn coal.
