Section 171E of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 enables a local planning authority to issue a temporary stop notice ("TSN") if they think that there has been a breach of planning control and that it is expedient that the activity, or any part of it, which amounts to the breach, is stopped immediately. Section 171F(1)(a) provides that a TSN does not prohibit the use of a building as a dwelling house.

This Regulation, consisting of 104 Sections, divided into 13 Parts and completed by two Schedules aims at Local Land Services is to make and levy the following rates for each year: a) a general rate on all rateable land, b) an animal health rate. The rates may be made in the previous year but must be made by 31 March of the year to which they relate. Under clause 25, the Minister may extend the time within which the rates may be made.

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Free State of Saxony. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy. These Regulations make provision in connection with the preparation and content of schemes of delegation and the procedure for reviews under section 43A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997. Section 43A requires a planning authority to prepare a scheme of delegation by which applications for planning permission and for consent, agreement or approval required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission are to be determined by an appointed person.

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 2 of 1979 concerning the transportation and taking away of sand, pebbles and stones necessary for the filling up of wetlands and lands covered with marine water as well as for for construction operations as follows: (a) by adding the zone of Allouzi in the areas where it is allowed to take away and transport sand, pebbles and stones; and (b) by establishing a register for fees.

The present Regulations are made under the Lands Act. The Regulations provide for the management of the St. John's Urban Region Agriculture Development Area. They contain provisions on use zones, public utilities, road construction, topsoil removal, non-agricultural residential development, commercial and industrial development, agricultural use and land transfer in the area. El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007 en lo relativo a la administración, tenencia y disposición de los terrenos baldíos nacionales, respecto a las prohibiciones y limitaciones para la adjudicación de terrenos baldíos.

El presente Decreto dispone que el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA) administre en nombre del Estado las tierras baldías de propiedad nacional, y en virtud de esa atribución pueda adjudicarlas, celebrar contratos, constituir reservas y adelantar colonizaciones sobre ellas, conforme a las normas de la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, las contenidas en otras disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes, y los reglamentos que expida la Junta Directiva del INCORA.

This Regulation 1043 of 2015 amends and supplements articles 25 and 45 of Regulation 408 of 2015 dealing mostly with buildings higher than six floors. The construction permits for these buildings will be issued by the local authorities after the National Council of Territory submits a no-objection for such construction within 10 days of application.
