This Act makes provision for the establishment of Tenancies and Rent Control Tribunals, provides for powers of such tribunals and provides rules relative to lease and the relationship between landlord and tenant.The Act declares the receiving of rent for premises that are not registered with a Tribunal in accordance with this Act to be an offence.
This Act directs the Registrar of Titles to make a new register of titles for Dominica. This Act applies only in cases where certificates of title which were registered in the old register have been destroyed. The Act contains rules relative to (application for) registration and evidence of title. The Act also provides for the lodging of caveats for the establishment of interests in land other than freehold and certain leaseholds.
Le présent règlement modifie le règlement du grand-ducal du 14 avril 1990 relatif aux boues d’épuration. Notamment, on remplace le point 2 de l’article 19 établissant que les boues d’épuration non hygiènisées peuvent être livrées pour être utilisées jusqu’à l’expiration d’un délai de quatre ans à compter de l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement flamand est relatif aux modalités en matière de régime de bilan nutritif tel que stipulé à l'article 25 du Décret sur les engrais. L’article 2 établit que l'agriculteur qui opte pour le régime de bilan nutritif a le choix, par exploitation et par catégorie d'animal, entre les types suivants: 1) le type convention tel que visé aux articles 3 et 4; 2) le type droite de régression tel que visé à l'article 5; 3) le type autres aliments ou techniques d'alimentation tel que visé à l'article 6.
This Act grants power to the Minister to declare an area to be a project area, so as to facilitate cadastral mapping and tenure clarification of that area, to exempt certain land from restrictions imposed by the Local Improvements Act, the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act and the Town and Country Planning Act and to grant other exemptions regarding land registration and land tax.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Registration (Strata Titles) Act in relation with the application for the registration of titles and leases and fees.

La presente Ley crea el Registro Nacional, dependiente del Ministerio de Justicia, que integrará bajo un solo organismo los registros de propiedad inmueble, hipotecas, cédulas hipotecarias, propiedad horizontal, arrendamientos, personas, mercantil asociaciones, medios de difusión y agencias de publicidad; el Registro de Bienes Muebles, que incluye lo relativo a prendas y a vehículos; el Registro de la Propiedad Industrial, que comprende, además, lo concerniente a patentes de invención y a marcas de ganado; y el Catastro Nacional.
