This Order declares the local government district of North Down and the remaining part of the local government district of Ards to be compulsory registration areas under the Land Registration (Northern Ireland) Act 1970. The local government district of North Down and the whole of each of the wards listed in the Schedule will become compulsory registration areas upon the commencement of this Order on 1st May 2000. The type of property transaction which triggers a compulsory registration within those areas is defined by entry 2 of Schedule 2 to the aforesaid Act.
This Decree consists of 12 articles. They deal with land survey and entry in the Register of data obtained from surveys, and entry of Regional Plans, Overview Plans, Detailed Plans, and area provisions according to immovable property plants in accordance with the Planning and Building Law (SFS 1987:10).

These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed in proceedings before the Registrar appointed under the Land Registration Act, 1925. Part I imports the Overriding Objective contained in Rule 1.1 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and requires the Registrar, with the assistance of the parties, to seek to give effect to that objective throughout the proceedings.Part II deals with all cases where the Registrar has decided to conduct a hearing. Rule 3 requires him to notify the parties of his intention and to provide guidance relating to evidence and procedure.
These Rules: (a) make new provision for the making and disposal of objections to applications before the Registrar generally in place of the existing provision for the making and disposal of objections to applications for first registration; (b) replace the separate provisions concerning the hearing of a cautioner by the Registrar and the hearing of other matters by the Registrar with a single provision for the hearing and resolution of disputes by the Registrar, including a power to determine a question without an oral hearing in specified circumstances; (c) replace the Registrar's power t
These Regulations, which supersede the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) Regulations 1997, make amendments to the acts of the Registrar which may be done by a legally qualified registrar, called the Solicitor to HM Land Registry, or, during a vacancy in the office of, or in the absence of, the Solicitor to HM Land Registry, by another legally qualified registrar (called the Acting Solicitor to HM Land Registry).
This Ministerial Decree recommends to the local regional authorities the concession to the users of hunting facilities and hunting areas the hunting reserves for a period of not less than 25 years. The local authorities of the Russian Federation are recommended to concede free-of-charge plots of land and grasslands of the state land cadastre and the state forestry register for the needs of community wildlife management calculating a hectare of land for ten thousand hectares of hunting area.
These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilisation of land in Sichuan. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction (art. 2). Chapter 2 concerns ownership of land and land use rights. The Province shall implement a land registration system in accordance with the Law (art. 6). Article 8 concerns the use of state owned land.
