La presente Ley modifica la Ley del Patrimonio Natural y de la Biodiversidad, con el objeto garantizar la correcta aplicación del derecho internacional y la incorporación de la normativa de la Unión Europea, adecuándose a lo dispuesto en la Convención de Naciones Unidas sobre el derecho del Mar de 1982 y en el Protocolo de Nagoya sobre el acceso a los recursos genéticos y participación justa y equitativa en los beneficios que se deriven de su utilización, así como perfeccionar la incorporación de la Directiva de Hábitats y de la Directiva de Aves de la Unión Europea al ordenamiento jurídico

These Regulations issued in implementation of article 56 of the Land Management Law, provide for (a) registration of landownership and land-use rights; (b) the systematic surveying of lands, land-use planning, and other mechanisms to control land use; (c) procedures for the expropriation of land needed for public construction purposes; (d) restrictions on the use of agricultural land for housing purposes; and (e) criteria for the determination of the kind and amount of fines payable for offences committed under the principal Law.

This Regional Law establishes maximum cost of territorial land-use planning and land survey for plots of land destined for individual subsistence farming, gardening, vegetable growing calculated for 100 square metres of the territory.

La Commission fédérale de géologie (CFG) est instituée par le Conseil fédéral. Elle accomplit les tâches suivantes: a) émettre des avis concernant des questions géologiques de principe, destinés au Conseil fédéral et aux départements de l’administration fédérale; b) mettre à disposition des bases géologiques pour des décisions d’importance; c) apprécier des expertises géologiques en toute neutralité. The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. State Geodetic Survey over Geodetic and Cartographic Activity is carried out for the purpose of ensuring observance of the Russian Legislation on geodesy and cartography by all the parties involved in the sphere of relationship of geodesy and cartography. The Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography carry out state Geodetic Survey. The main tasks of State Geodetic Survey are: 1).

The objectives of these Regulations, consisting of 17 sections and completed by four Schedules, are to: (a) prescribe standards for cadastral surveys; (b) regulate and control the making of cadastral surveys by licensed surveyors; and (c) prescribe forms and other matters relating to cadastral surveys. These Regulations are made under section 63 of the Surveying Act 2004.The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating to the registration, training and certification of surveyors (sect. 8).

Chief of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey, for the purpose of conformation of the contractual documentation to Civil Code and strengthening observance of contractual commitments within the Committee, orders to validate the subjoined form of the contract for carrying out projecting and prospecting work in the field of land survey, land cadastre and land monitoring with Annexes.

La présente loi fixe les dispositions d'application de la loi fédérale du 5 octobre 2007 sur la géoinformation (LGéo) et règle le traitement des géodonnées de base relevant du droit cantonal ou communal.

Le présent règlement a pour objet l'application de la loi du 8 mai 2012 sur la géoinformation. L'annexe 1 concrétise le catalogue des géodonnées de base de droit fédéral en désignant les services dont relèvent la saisie, la mise à jour et la gestion des géodonnées de base de droit fédéral au niveau cantonal. L'annexe 2 contient le catalogue des géodonnées de base de droit cantonal et désigne les services dont relèvent la saisie, la mise à jour et la gestion de ces géodonnées.

This Ministerial Decree sets forth the modalities for the accurate determination and mapping of the effective position of coastlines. The crossline between the surface of surface waterbodies (seas, lakes, rivers, ponds and water reservoirs) and the surface of dry land shall be established depending upon the determined water edge. Effective position of sea coastline shall be established at the maximum level of high tide and in the absence of such phenomenon in accordance with the surf line.

For the purpose of regulating the issues of expropriation and allotment of the plots of land the President establishes that expropriation and allotment of agricultural land, land of protected areas, and forest estate land for the purpose not related to the purposeful use of the aforesaid categories of land shall be the competence of the President. The right to a plot of land origins from the date of the official state registration thereof. Change of the purposeful use of land allotted for subsidiary small-holding shall be prohibited.

This Decree states that the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be charged with making a survey of the areas under risk of landslides in Baku and Absheron peninsula and producing maps to determine the geographic coordinates of these areas. The local authorities shall ensure the coordination with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to approve the construction projects in these areas in accordance with the Article 75.4 of the Code of Urban Planning and Construction.
