Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Determination of land area as land share with the consideration of the state and the soil properties of agricultural land in accordance with land survey documentation”.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of preparation, elaboration and location of plots of land on cadastre scheme or cadastre map on the respective territory. It shall be applicable to: (a) public or municipal land allotted for housing construction; (b) public or municipal land destined for sale; (c) public agricultural land allotted for peasant and family farming. Cadastre scheme shall contain boundaries of plots of land, land area, location and “validated” print.

La presente Resolución delega la función de conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo en la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH) y en el Servicio Geológico Colombiano (SGC). Se delega parcialmente en la ANH la función de administrar el Banco de Información Petrolera y la realización de los estudios regionales para la exploración de hidrocarburos hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2016. Se delega en el SGC las demás funciones relacionadas con el conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo colombiano.

This Law defines the provisions regarding the land survey and the public real estate cadastre, including various administrative and technical issues, procedural matters, data collection and registration, additional mapping rules and financial aspects and requirements.The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 212 article, including the offences and related penalties.

La présente loi, en complément aux dispositions des articles 19, 20, 21, 25, 34,43 et 54 du dahir du 12 aout 1913 sur l’immatriculation foncière, autorise le conservateur de la propriété foncière de déléguer aux fins d'exécution des opérations de bornage, certaines charges à un géomètre topographe.

Le présent décret fixe les attributions, l'organisation et le fonctionnement de l'Agence Nationale du Domaine et du Foncier (ANDF) prévu par l'article 416 de la loi 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code foncier et domanial en République du Bénin. L'ANDF a pour objet la mise en œuvre de la politique foncière et domaniale de l'Etat.

Le présent arrêté institue un barème de rémunération des opérations de délimitation des biens fonciers du Domaine Foncier Rural. Ce Barème tient compte, de façon juste et équitable, des impératifs de qualité des travaux de délimitation et de la nécessité de réduire autant que faire se peut le coût d’établissement des dossiers de délimitation.Le Barème est arrêté et publié conjointement par les Ministres chargés de l’Agriculture et des Finances sur proposition d’une Commission dite: Commission du barème foncier rural.

This Regional Law establishes the composition of land-use planning documentation that must contain mapping of the territory, copy of decision of land expropriation (including bail out), land reservation for public and municipal needs, mapping of the boundaries of land servitude, and project documentation containing graphic maps.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of elaboration and submittal of land-use planning documentation by the competent bodies of local self-government. Decision-making related to land-use planning projects shall be made (or rejected) by the competent body within ten days from the date of submittal of land-use planning documentation.
