In compliance with the principles and rules laid down in Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2003, there are hereby established the criteria and procedures for accepting waste on landfills. Installations for inert waste, hazardous waste and non hazardous waste are envisaged.
In implementation of article 50, paragraph 1-bis of Regional Act No. 16 of 2002, this Decree determines those waterworks and installations which may be realized by way of derogation from the prohibition laid down in the Regional Act above-mentioned.
By adopting this Resolution, the Interministerial Committee for Economic Programming has approved the document containing the “Environmental Action Strategy for Sustainable Development in Italy 2002-2010”.
