The Act aims to ensure that the country's land and natural resources are exploited on the basis of social protection and development, by promoting local development, employment and business activities and by monitoring air, water, soil and noise pollution.
The Order establishes regulation of notification and documentation for the removal of land in adherence with Municipal rules on notification of waste.
Through this Order, agricultural products produced in this country must bear indications referring to organic production method in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products.
