Through this Order, agricultural products produced in this country must bear indications referring to organic production method in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products.
The Order applies to financial assistance to farmers. The provisions of this Order relate to specific subsidy for the maintenance of permanent pasture areas.
The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities.
The Order inserts article 4a which reads: "No application for the awarding of subsidy shall be submitted as of 1 March 2012".

The Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may approve the statutes of purchasing pools for small businesses in rural areas. It shall lay down rules on supervisory performance and oversees that the associations utilize the given loans in accordance with this Act.
The provisions of Order No. 94 give the Danish AgriFish Agency the responsibility of granting subsidies to owners and tenants of farms in order to convert agricultural land to organic farming.
The Order is intended to contribute to the sustainable development of rural areas through the promotion of stronger competitiveness in agriculture, food and forestry sectors.
This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status.
