This Act imposes the obligation to provide information on operations for persons who operate in agriculture and forestry and traders in commodities as defined in section 1.
The newly established register is functionally classified as a sub-register of the Rural Activities Register pursuant to Act 1515 of 1994. Reference is made to Council Regulation (EEG) No. 3508/92 in relation with the numbering and identification system.
This Decree consists of 12 articles.
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment defines the duties of the Land Survey Office. The Office shall, among other things, be the national authority for information on immovable property and shall be responsible for the land cadastre.
This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 1, which defines the duties of the Ministry, and in article 2, which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry.
