This Law sets forth principles and procedures of registration and demarcation of land, and the duties and authorities of the state agencies and municipalities in this respect. The Law consists of 15 Articles and 4 Sections.
This Decree states that the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be charged with making a survey of the areas under risk of landslides in Baku and Absheron peninsula and producing maps to determine the geographic coordinates of these areas.
By this Decree, the rules were approved regarding permit for process engineering and agricultural activities in lands affected by landslide, flood, erosion, wind erosion, land subsidence, abrasion and volcanic mud as well as in wetlands.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Producer Association shall carry out state control in conformity with the Forest Code.
