Showing items 1 through 9 of 16.The purpose of this Act is to determine in detail the transfer of ownership of state owned assets to local government, and so to ensure the necessary assets to the functioning of the latter.
The aim of this Act is to re-establish protected areas on land previously owned by agricultural cooperatives before privatization. This goal is achieved through: expropriation, if the area has already been assigned to a private owner; or by not assigning such lands to private owners.
This Act is composed of 20 chapters and it is divided into 148 articles.
This Act establishes the National Land Fund with the purpose of: a reasonable management of state-owned agricultural, forestry and other lands, promoting ecological agricultural production and economic efficiency, and creating a modern landed property structure based on family farms.
The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.

This Decree provides for the content of the land use register which is a computerized data base. It consists of a land use sheet and a collection of documents. Part I of the land use sheet contains data regarding the land user, Part II contains information by plots.
The asset register of state-owned agricultural, forestry and other lands must be kept by the National Land Fund Managing Organization.
